Days marked with ◯ … You can generally make a reservation at your preferred time.
Days marked with △ … Reservations are filling up, so please make your reservation as soon as possible.
step2: Please select your preferred time.
When you choose a date, you can then select your preferred time.
Black text indicates available time slots for reservations.
Red text indicates unavailable time slots for reservations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
step3: Enter your reservation details and submit.
Please double-check the reservation date and time at the top, fill in each field, and then submit.
step4: Temporary reservation completed.
You will receive a temporary reservation email to the email address you provided earlier. Please wait for a moment as we confirm your reservation details at our clinic.
step5.: Reservation confirmed.
Once again, you will receive a confirmation email for the final reservation to the email address you provided. Please visit our clinic at the scheduled date and time of your reservation.
